Our maître d'hotel, Helmut Stadlober, and his team will give you their full attention while you enjoy the culinary delights created by head chef, Martin Fencz, and his team. Along with Swiss regional and French specialties, there is daily market-fresh fare and an interesting business lunch offer available at midday. As the tables are placed wide apart, the restaurant is particularly suitable for business meals where discussion needs to be held in a discrete environment without the danger of being overheard.
