Guest Relation / Concierge Services
Your personal well-being is of particular importance to our Guest Relation Manager and our Concierge:
- We invite you to an informal cocktail do, held twice a week, in the lobby.
- We will give you tips and ideas for restaurants and bars, or excursions in and around Zurich.
- We can purchase theatre and opera tickets for you.
- We will gladly help you with flight changes or purchase your train ticket for you.
- If you should experience any problems with your flights, lost luggage or the like, then you are in the best of hands with our Guest Relations Service.
- We can also inform you of where you can purchase the best chocolate and the most exclusive souvenirs.
- We love to hear your suggestions and ideas. Thanks to your comments, we can continually extend and improve our services.
He goes from room to room with his Butler Trolley ladened with newspapers, chocolate, adapters, cosmetic products and much more, wishing the guests a personal welcome. Our butler also sees to the needs of our guests every evening with the greatest of care.
The Business Corner is at our guests’ disposal free of charge, 24 hours a day:
- PC with Internet access and the latest applications (Windows)
There are 3 parking spaces reserved at the front of our establishment for loading and unloading. If you give us your car keys when you check in, we will park your car for you. The car will be waiting at the front of the hotel for you again at the time you request. There is a charge of CHF 20.00 for this service (in addition to the parking fee of CHF 30.00 for every 24 hrs).
Our Porter will meet you directly on the platform at the train station and escort you to the hotel (free of charge) at your request.
