Your Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing a wide variety of projects in collaboration with the Meeting & Event Sales Manager
- Assuming responsibility and deputizing for the Meeting & Event Sales Manager
- Proactive sales of our banquet and seminar facilities
- Organizing events from the initial inquiry through to execution and final billing
- Administrative tasks for all restaurant outlets
- Cultivating relationships with regular clients and advising banquet and seminar customers
- Close cooperation with all departments
Your Profile
- You have graduated from a hotel management school or possess equivalent training in the hotel/gastronomy industry and have already gained experience in the meeting and event sector
- You are a creative individual with a talent for sales and are well-versed in the F&B sector
- You possess profound IT skills; knowledge of Protel is an advantage
- You do not hesitate to contribute your own ideas and lead projects independently
- You are highly organized and have a flair for luxury hospitality
- You communicate excellently in both German and English
