The benefits regulation can be adjusted unilaterally by the employer
at any time. This agreement is made without recognising any legal
obligation. Employees have no legal entitlement to these benefits, even
in the event of recurrence. It remains at the free, unrestricted
discretion of the employer to provide a similar benefit in the future,
unless it is regulated in the employment contract.
